1940’s Bob Dukoff Hollywood Tenor Mouthpiece - opened to .095 by Mark Spencer
Super RARE mouthpiece in any condition - this Bob Dukoff B.D has been expertly opened to .095 (6*) by the well respected Australian mouthpiece maker/refacer Mark Spencer. The result is a really awesome playing mouthpiece with just enough response and projection - it’s a medium body piece tone-wise with a bit of brightness if pushed, but generally it’s pretty dark. This is an awesome jazz piece; think Dexter Gordon! Checkout the demo for more info…
The bight plate is coming apart in places, as is common on these older Dukoff pieces. There is a clear bight patch so it’s no problem to play.
You won’t find another one of these in a hurry! Get an amazing piece of saxophone history that plays super well to boot!
